This site describes the homes at Champlain Shores. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. Only a signed agreement of purchase and sale sets what you buy and what you pay.

Prices, plans, sizes and what is open can change without notice. Some pictures are illustrations; finished homes, views and docks may differ. Sizes are approximate. Errors and omissions excepted.

When you book a tour or ask for a price, our Privacy page says what we do with it.

Please ask us before you copy words, pictures or plans from this site for any business use.

We link to other sites to help you. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

These terms follow the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
